The eagerly anticipated upcoming tour of Swan Lake by the British Festival Ballet is set to feature the exceptional talent of Florian Modan, Principal Dancer at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet, as a main soloist. Modan, known for his compelling presence and technical mastery, will bring his renowned artistry to the iconic role of Prince Siegfried.
Florian Modan began his career as an apprentice at the Stuttgart Ballet from 2010 to 2011. He subsequently joined the Finnish National Ballet in 2011 as an apprentice, rapidly ascending through the ranks. He was promoted to 1st Soloist Dancer in the 2017-2018 season and achieved the distinguished rank of Principal Dancer in 2018.
His history with the Finnish National Opera and Ballet includes appearances in a variety of productions, cementing his reputation as one of the most exciting classical dancers of his generation. His participation in the touring production of Swan Lake promises to be one of the highlights of the season.
